Porch Pumpkinz provides seasonal porch décor and pumpkin installation services to customers in Ada, Grand Rapids, Cascade, Forest Hills, Kentwood, and Lowell, Michigan.

All designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of Porch Pumpkinz.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website or directly through our customer service email.

  • Full payment is required to confirm booking and secure installation scheduling.

  • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. Porch Pumpkinz does not store card details.

 

Service Appointments & Installation

  • Installation dates and times are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

  • Customers must ensure access to the installation area at the scheduled time.

  • Any pets or obstructions should be safely removed prior to installation.

Porch Pumpkinz reserves the right to change or delay installation due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Ownership of Products & Décor

All pumpkins and décor remain the property of Porch Pumpkinz throughout the rental period unless otherwise stated.

At the end of the season or rental period:

  • Items will be removed and picked up by our team

  • Customers agree to grant property access for pickup

 

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation for refund eligibility.

  • Last-minute cancellations, changes, or inability to access the property may result in additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Allow safe access to their property

  • Ensure installed décor is not moved, damaged, or altered

  • Prevent pets or wildlife from damaging décor

Porch Pumpkinz is not responsible for:

  • Pumpkin deterioration due to weather, wildlife, or natural conditions

  • Any damage caused by customers altering the décor

 

Limitation of Liability

Porch Pumpkinz is not liable for:

  • Property damage not caused by our negligence

  • Personal injury due to misuse of décor

  • Delays or service interruptions outside our control

You agree that our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Users may not:

  • Copy or reuse content without permission

  • Misuse our website or interfere with its functionality

  • Post false or harmful information through contact forms

We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service if Terms are violated.
