At Porch Pumpkinz, we work hard to deliver beautiful and festive porch décor that brings fall charm to your home. We understand that plans may change, so we’ve designed the following Refund Policy to be clear, fair, and consistent.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before your scheduled installation date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to installation may be non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling costs.

If we are unable to fulfill your installation due to availability or internal issues, you will receive a full refund.

Weather & Rescheduling

Michigan weather can be unpredictable!
If installation must be delayed due to weather or unsafe conditions:

✅ We will reschedule with you as soon as possible
❌ Weather delays do not qualify for automatic refunds

If rescheduling is not possible due solely to weather limitations, Porch Pumpkinz may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Service Issues & Quality Concerns

We want you to love your porch setup!
If there is a problem with your installation, please contact us within 24 hours of service.

We may provide one or more of the following depending on the issue:

  • Correction or replacement of décor

  • Partial refund

  • Future service credit
     

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Pumpkin deterioration caused by weather or wildlife

  • Damage caused by moving or altering décor after installation

 

No-Show or Access Issues

If our team arrives at your property but cannot access your porch due to locked gates, blocked entry, pets, or other obstacles:

  • The service may be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued

  • A return fee may apply if a second trip is required

 

Seasonal & Rental Policy

Decorations are seasonal and rented, unless otherwise stated. At the end of the season or rental period:

  • Items must remain available and accessible for pickup

  • Failure to return décor may result in additional charges

 

How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, service address, and installation date when contacting us.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Updates to This Policy

We may modify this Refund Policy as needed. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.

Pumpkins are natural products! Changes in appearance over time are normal and not refundable.
